What data we collect

We only collect data you submit via the contact form:

• Name
• Email address (entered twice for confirmation)
• Phone number
• Message text
• Optional photos you attach (up to 5)

How we use your data (lawful basis)

• To respond to your enquiry (Legitimate Interests / pre-contractual steps).
• Records and service follow-up (Legitimate Interests).

Attachments

Photos attached via the form are sent to us as email attachments and are removed from our server immediately after the email is sent.

How long we keep data

• Contact emails: kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our records (typically up to 12 months unless a job proceeds).
• Server uploads: deleted right after sending the email (see above).

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. Your message is processed by our web host and email provider to deliver mail. We may share information if required by law.

International transfers

We do not intentionally transfer your data outside the UK. Email routing may pass through international servers.

Security

We use HTTPS, CSRF protection and server-side validation to reduce risks. No system is 100% secure.
